Saturday evening

• Complete Facility - $6,000.00

Sunday (Any 8 hours)

• Complete Facility $3,000.00



Note:
Approval of your Caterer is required within ninety (90) days from booking your event. All beverage arrangements will be made through The Parador. Please contact Sheila Wells regarding the approval process for catering firms: (713) 529-3050.

Fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit to confirm event date. Balance due Sixty (60) days prior to the date of event. A refundable damage deposit is due for all events sixty (60) days prior to event date. Security Guards are booked by The Parador at a rate of $30.00 per hour per guard and required at all times while on the premises with a four (4) hour minimum. Valet Services, if required, are booked by The Parador .

It will be the decision of the The Parador staff to determine the quantity of Security Guards and Valet Attendants needed for each event. Payment is due thirty (30) days prior to event date. To protect this Historic Building and its renovation, smoking is not permitted in any interior spaces of this facility, including all restrooms. However, smokers are welcome in the extensive garden & courtyard areas. Insufficient funds checks will result in the immediate cancellation of event reservations.
